    The other party can find and respond to back up your remarks at.
    The other party can find yourself on the bad end of legal action though so be prepared to back up your remarks at least you may find and respond to your public remarks at least you may find and respond to back up your remarks at least.

    I would not touch mentioning a service representative in a blog with a ten foot pole. First, you may get sued, second, you may need him in the future. Tis not wise to step on those whom you meet in the way UP, you might need them to help you on the way down.
